Quality Control Technology from one source

In 1978 we established ourselves in a small factory here in Attleborough Fields Nuneaton. Our mission then as now was to design and produce high quality combustion controls. Our first products were industrial flame failure controls and a range of spark generators for oil burners.

With the opening of the eighties our activities were expanded by factoring various controls from European producers. By 1982 my colleague Brian Wood joined as Sales Director to take charge of our expanding sales. Our interest in U.K control production continued throughout that decade with expansion into our purpose built factory in 1982.

By 1990 it was decided to concentrate our activities in the area of manufacture. Whilst we still have links with other U.K and overseas controls manufacturers, it is almost exclusively on a reciprocal basis.

We currently export to most of the European community countries, Scandinavia, Japan, Australia as well as North America.

Our program of products include: Automatic and Semi-automatic flame failure controls. Modulating |Motors and Valves. Modulating Controllers and Detectors. Pressure Switches and Sensors. Safety Shut off Valves. Pilot burners and Ignition Transformers. Control Panels and Temperature Controllers.

Most aspects of manufacture are under one roof: Design and Development with extensive use of C.A.D. Coil winding and Vacuum Encapsulation. P.C.B Assembly with machine Soldering. CNC Spark Erosion. Injection Moulding. Pressing. All tooling for moulds and press tools are produced in our own well-equipped tool room.
